Wonder if the offer is for him to come immediately or in the summer?
I'm guessing they're maybe trying to force our hand; they know he is important to us and that we definitely want to buy him. I presume they'd rather offload and cash in now rather than wait until summer and this might force us to act rather than keeping him on loan until the end of the season. Maybe even to get us to up our offer as we've heard the rumours that it wasn't very high. They could say for example '100k and you get him in summer as agreed but we keep him until then or double it and you can have him now.'
If they do that we would call their bluff I am sure. If there is an agreement in place we won't be blackmailed into paying more especially as we just point out we got Moncur back so don't really need him
He's their player and they're right in the $hit. I'd expect us to do exactly the same. Totally get why they've recalled him. We've got the money. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah just seen that. Bit pointless recalling him then and us being without him for a game but nevermind.
Triggered the release clause as per loan agreement. Which means we could be getting him for £100k as I'm not sure he was valued at much more by them five months ago
I get why they've done it to force us but it's bad form and a bad way to treat their player. Recalling him hasn't actually achieved anything really, all it has done is cost Moray a chance to play today and harmed him. Essentially they have handed out a one match suspension to him and for what? Absolutely nothing. Actually recalling him is no different at all to them contacting our club and informing us that unless a bid matching the agreement is received by a certain date then he would be going back but instead all they've done is the second the window opened they hauled him back and made him sit out a game. **** poor form as shows just how selfish some people are
If we get him for that, we've seriously had their pants down. I'd pay 500k without batting an eyelid Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's like buying a car you've got to go through the usual wrestle before you agree on a price . It'll probably go to the last day in January but he'll be a red .
They'll want him off the wage bill, I imagine. There's no benefit in keeping a player you have already told can leave. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
The value will already have been agreed, the tweet says an offer as been made as per the original agreement
