Brilliant fans who got dragged to hell and back. Yes the owners overspent, but that's not the fans fault.

Got a couple of mates coming up. One of em has a son called Prosinecki. Good fans of a good club.

they aren't brilliant fans at all. full of big attitudes and even bigger ego's. most of them only went to fratton when the money came from mandaric.

I've missed seeing that mad looking chuff since they dropped down the leagues.

He was the equivalent of our pit head winding gear for predictable camera work.

Pompey have always had good away support in my lifetime. They were the first set of fans I saw travel in numbers to Oakwell in the late 1970s and that was for a Friday night game.

Remember that game. I think Pompey requested Friday kick off as they could have a two in one trip ,taking in the Grand National on Saturday.

Watched a bit of the game last night and was surprised how few Donny fans were there.

I know it being televised probably affected the attendance, but their average home crowd is less than 5500 this season.

I'm surprised at that considering they're doing so well.
