I don't understand why you want premier league players on loan. What's the point?, there is no long term future in it.

I would rather take a punt on the like of Angus and Stefan, players that are ours and we can train and invest in. They won't all come off, but I have more attachment to players that are ours than young spurs cast offs. For every Fletcher there is that idiot we got from Arsenal.

My opinion of course and we are all entitled to one, even if we don't agree.

I guarantee you wouldn't be doing any better loaning any young players from the Premier League. That you've done so well while developing so many of your own players is something to be very proud of.

Huddersfield field wouldn't be in the top 6 without there loan Premier league stars. Reading have brought some in on loan and permo. Leeds two centre backs are loan players and even Newcastle have loan stars.
I'd prefer to see Stones Butland or Vazte of this world than someone play 200 games with little talent but i've put this on here before.

We did try to sign Harry Winks. I'd much rather have Hourihane, Scowen and Morsy, though..

Vaz Te wasnt a u21 loan player, he was signed after a trial with us. He played for hibernian the season before.

 

The point was how long they were at the club.
Stones 6 months after joining first team properly.
