Agreed. Mr C wouldn't be anywhere near as interesting if he were Mr K.

I once knew a bloke who couldn't pronounce the letter C, it sounded like a B when he said it. He could however pronounce the letter K. He was a right silly bunt.

I once sent an ex-girlfriend a large pile of snow.

    She got my drift.

We could call him "Special K" I suppose. If we call him Mr X he will be forced to disclose his salary on here.

More than that, I think. I say that because I'm having some work done on my shop at the moment and, when I went to Wickes to buy sandpaper and a bit of plywood, the guy who was installing my shelves asked me to buy some (vaguely described) screws for him. I then spent at least twenty minutes wandering around the 'screws and fixings' aisle and flicking through the Toolstation catalogue to try and find what he wanted - pretty sure there were more than 52 options. Anyway, I bought what I thought was the right thing and he said that it was fine, but when I was clearing up in the evening I found that box of screws untouched, so I guess he eventually decided to make do with what he had.

Interesting month so far, though. I painted some things orange, and now I'm not quite sure whether or not that was the right decision.

That's very, very interesting. My illusion that there was no direct train between Sheffield and Poole has been pleasantly shattered.

It's the same at Birmingham New Street. Which, interestingly, means that the front of the train between Sheffield and Birmingham is the same front as the front from Reading to Poole, but the same as the back of the train between Birmingham and Reading, where the front of the train is the same as the back on the other legs.

I always paint things white. It reminds me of snow, and polar bears, both of which are very interesting.

I went to Cardiff for the play-off final on the train in 2006. The train was that long it never actually moved. We just boarded the train in Barnsley near the back, then walked down the train looking for a seat. By the time we got to the front we were in Cardiff.

There are as many days in January as there are in other months with 31 days in them. Which is interesting for January.

Speaking of January, in Germany, if a holiday like New Year's Day falls on a weekend, there's no extra bank holiday like we have. The Germans went back to work on 2nd January and lost a bank holiday. The same happened at Christmas which also was at a weekend.

    Silly bunts.

Look at these traffic lights where all the poles change colour.
