    I have a VQ Blighty Portable Digital Radio (DAB/DAB+/FM) which is excellent but cost about £40.

    Very good point. You're probably better off listening to somebody who knows what they're talking about like stahlrost but the only thing I'd say is to remember the size. If you buy something too big you will probably not end up taking it with you because by the time you've got your phone, wallet, keys or whatever in your pockets you don't want to be adding more big things or at least I wouldn't

    My radio is about 10cm x 5cm x 2cm thick. It's smaller than a phone but thicker. Fits easily in a pocket. Rechargeable as well so you don't need to keep changing batteries, but the charging time is quite long. Well pleased with it.

    I use tunein radio on my phone and it doesn't rinse the battery as much as you'd think to be honest.

    I take it with me everywhere.
    Never let me down yet.
    All the Radios we have in the house are manufactured by Roberts.

    Will I get a decent signal whilst traveling from a non DAB radio?
    All I'm looking for is to listen to is the 5 live 606 forum after the match or TalkSport.
