We have a House of Cards right now

    Chief Exec - sacked
    Winnall to Wendy for nowt
    Morsey slipped away
Hourihane likely to walk for next to nowt
Hecky brought into the office to answer the phones

    Patrick Cryne poorly.
We need Patrick back up to strength and sorting this.
And at the same time, with the help of Maurice, he needs to find a buyer for the club
AND inform the fans of ANY interest (not keep it quiet)

I don't fully understand the legalities as such, but the Cryne family lawyer apparently holds the family shares in BFC in Trust. Would this mean that James Cryne could act on behalf of Patrick in any case?

No he doesn't, contrary to your beliefs he doesn't have to do anything you want at all. Just because you'd like something doesn't mean he needs to do it, I think you're getting confused at times.
