    I mean we needed a full back regardless of whether Bree goes or not. We're severely lacking in numbers.

    Don't know whether he'd be able to play at left back either but I wouldn't necessarily read too much into it.

    Need a replacement for Yiadom and I think we were 1 full back short anyway unless we think Evans is good enough, so this makes perfect sense

    It's Callum Evans time to show what he can do.

    Came with a very good reputation at man united and was considered a hot prospect. Hope he starts tonight.

    Won't have a better chance to break into the first team.

    Agreed. But White should also play to give him more game time. And if Bree doesn't play that will cue the 'he's leaving' posts!

    White will start against Leeds though. 2 games in a week is a risk. Would rather we give Callum his chance. Provided Hecky thinks he's good enough.

    Just hope we have learned from past mistakes. Not going to make it at Everton so hopefilly a freebie as it would be harsh for them to offer him a new contract just to be entitled to a fee.

    They deserve a fee regardless. They've developed him.

    Hope we have a shot as they Have Coleman and Holgate ahead of him, but if he's very well thought of then sure they'd like to give him a year or two longer.

    People leave at the end of contracts all the time. If they have no future there asking for a fee would be petty. He's also behind Garbutt and when he's back from his loan Galloway too. That's without guys like Baines and Jageilka and with a big money man on the board willing to spend more than Kenwright ever has.

    Well that's sounds promising if he turns out to be good enough then hopefully this is a loan with a permenant deal at the end.

    Would be nice for them to let him leave for free. Just feel clubs are entitied to a fee for any player they bring through the youth ranks. Not that Everton really need the money now. Owe us a favour after Stones and Holgate!

    Liverpool Echo says he has joined on a 6 month contract with a view to a permanent move. He is out of contract at Everton at the end of the season, been capped 6 time for Wales under 21, Right back converted from midfielder.
