Africa Cup of Nations: Andy Yiadom finally made his deserved Ghana debut as they lost 0-1 to Egypt; but both teams qualify for the quarter finals. I thought Andy looked typically solid at tight back. Nothing flamboyant but very solid and comfortable. The Egyptian player Trézéguet seemed a good player and beat him for pace a couple of times but on the whole I thought it was a very good debut for him and hopefully the first of many international appearances!

Africa Cup of Nations: There was dissapointment for Andy Yiadom as Ghana lost the 3rd place play-off to a late Burkina Faso goal - 1-0. It was however his 2nd cap for Ghana; he played the full game and now comes back to Oakwell ready for the 2nd half of the season!
