I take the point I think Bradshaw has been slow to start but is improving and will continue to do so. Marley when played upfront always looks likely to score. I think that Armstrong maybe isn't the option I would choose but I still think we are OK up front it's not a position I think we are desperate to fill but you can always look to improve. I do think we need to make 4/ 5 permanent signings though. Tbf Sam scored 7 in his last 7 which gives him 4 from 16 before that.
Bradshaw hasn't started 23 games this season though that's my point he has started about 12 league games the rest have been sub appearances
Then he's not exactly in an hurry to use his social media to say it's BS to put to rest a rumour that's unsettled his employers fanbase.
He might not have even seen it, he might not want to deny one thing because then everyone will presume the one thing he doesn't must be true, they might be instructed to ignore all rumours. Loads of explanations, no reason to choose to believe the most negative when you could just as equally believe the most positive instead.
I'm sure he will be well aware of the rumour now one way or another. He probably got a text from someone about it within half an hour of the story breaking. If it wasn't true it would be silly to keep fans believing it to be true as no good comes from another rumour on top of all the rest we are currently dealing with. Two minutes out of his night to put the record straight I reckon he would have done it personally. Hope it's just a load of rubbish but I very much doubt it.
That doesn't solve my other two suggestions. If there's more than one scenario that may be true, one negative and one positive then I'll go for the positive, no reason to not and it makes me happier.
I can understand the club and a player not talking about transfer speculation everytime a rumour about a player going somewhere is posted in the press. But when a story comes out that doesn't look the best for the character of that person, exceptions should be made. Maybe first thing tomorrow morning our club will release a statement *starts holding breath*.......
He's probably got better things to do with his time than respond to Internet twaddle. It's incredibly unlikely that any player would 'ask for a transfer' given the financial penalties that would result.

It's incredibly unlikely that any player would 'ask for a transfer' given the financial penalties that would result. As for the club why would they want to draw attention to a daft story. What next. Club denies that the West Stand Bogs have been cleaned. Club reveals sky isn't actually Tangerine.
Does anyone know if we have a replacement for Morsy? As allegedly we already had the fee agreed, it was just term s to be agreed......so there must have been some kind of cash for wages etc put to one side for his inclusion in the squad. We are still two players light now in my reckoning.
In the world of the transfer window, there's plenty of smoke without fire. We've definitely sold one player. One.
