    Respect to our hero Hecky for being the one to front up for the club which has sold him up the creek without a paddle but this is very obviously preparing the ground for the Conor announcement, sadly.

    Personally I'll feel very let down if there any more departures before the summer.

    Players come and players go but Davies, Robbo, Conor, Josh and Marley are the spine, the leaders and the necessary constants around which all the rest works.

    Winnall and Hourihane didn't want contract negotiations in the summer that is a fact. It's gone brilliant this season. Just imagine we are Rotherham, and have given all the squad 4 year 10k contracts, like Spackman did. We would be ******.
    Finally, what we pay is the 3rd lowest in the league. Clubs that have less money and have been in financial trouble are risking again paying stupid wages, just to sign players. We ain't doing it.

    He's got support from the fans, but let's be honest, he needs more support from the "board", they are failing him at present.

    The biggest positive at the minute is our position in the table, and that is in danger of going majorly tits up.

    Good statement by Hecky, but in his heart he must know we can't replace the quality of the players that we are (seem to be) losing in such a short space. I think the manager is a marvel and he deserves a lot more support.
