Great soundbite I don't want new heroes. I want Conor. I've not gottten over Redders leaving yet, FFS.
I think we all want Connor - but he is going and you have 2 choices, you can sulk and get depressed about it, or you can kick on and plan to play without him. We alll know the club cocked it up in the Summer, hindsight and all that but whats done is done and I cant find any fault at all in what Hecky has said. I hadnt realised we had lost 10 of the squad that played at Wembley -- good spin that from Hecky
I'll be doing neither as what I think and feel won't make a blind bit of difference. I'll support whoever turns out for us on matchdays as that is all I can do. I'lll reserve the right to wistfully say, if we watch nowt come from corners again; Conor, if only.
Absolutley. Interesting challenge for the club. No-one stands out to step in at present and I don't think James is that kind of player - but let's see.
Enthusiasm levels have dropped somewhat thanks to the farce of this month. Disappointed more than anything, but the reality is that our main player has gone, our architect, and this 2nd half of the season we will feel it. Less assists, less goals, bottom half finish. Will the club learn? Based on past experiences, probably not, but we can hope. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
