I've been at my job about the same amount of time he's been in the championship, if someone came in and offered me £160k a year now based on the experience I've been given and time that's gone into training me I'd not go yet, no. I see the investment into my career as something I need to respect and if I'm being offered that kind of money I know my skills will be worth that further down the line so I don't need to jump ship at the first opportunity. On top of this he's on far more money than me so its not like he's trying to up his wage to pay the bills as that incredibly thick analogy you people keep pulling up suggests.
