I think that's a little harsh; put yourself in his position, would you hang about if you had the chance to quadruple (or more) your wages? There's no such thing as loyalty these days, besides which he's paid us back in spades for giving him the chance we did and I for one will wish him well. I think his performance on saturday against dirty Leeds shows his character, many in his position would have had an "injury"....

I think Ryan Williams is ahead of George Moncur at the moment as a no.10.

Maybe he should have signed a contract to Jan 17, rather than June 17, in that case.

Don't think 1 upfront would work at home, not sure about away.

Me too and well done Ryan in that. Mr Moncur ought to have had a long hard look at himself.

Agreed, complete lack of respect from him. He's seen what Winnall has done and wants a piece of it.

I've been at my job about the same amount of time he's been in the championship, if someone came in and offered me £160k a year now based on the experience I've been given and time that's gone into training me I'd not go yet, no. I see the investment into my career as something I need to respect and if I'm being offered that kind of money I know my skills will be worth that further down the line so I don't need to jump ship at the first opportunity.

On top of this he's on far more money than me so its not like he's trying to up his wage to pay the bills as that incredibly thick analogy you people keep pulling up suggests.

    **** off.

Someone offered you a guarenteeds 750k minimum over three years youd be windmilling your pecker all the way to the new desk.
