****ing disgrace . Sell all ya best players, footballers are all ****s no loyalty kiss the badge my arse. 25 quid to get in and we get sold down the river. 25 million quid burning hole in owners pockets. We loan players, wat a ****img disgrace. I could not give a flying **** if any1 says im negative . ****ing piss take, i for one will not be going anymore. The club are a piss take selling players are **** all. Football is finished
See ya. Clearly your brain doesn't function properly if you think we have £25m in the bank. Club is better off without people like you.
And compare the difference in not only the club's words but Conor's too with those when Winnall went.
Darren, with all due respect, you live in North Wales and only get to Oakwell once or twice a year. Calm the **** down, its always bad to see our best players go, but lets see what the next week brings. This Club will still be here long after Connor Hourihane has retired and lots of years after I've gone to the Nightclub in the Sky. Get over it, he's one player. I for one, will be at Oakwell getting behind whoever pulls that shirt on.
Although gut-wrenching, it's been a cracking read and almost brought a tear to my eye. I think we all know he always gave everything for the shirt, and certainly the best captain we've had in years. Conor will leave with the blessing of most supporters, for sure. I know we wouldn't have got anything for him in the summer, but I'm sure he could have got a Premier League move. All the best Conor, you leave an absolute hero.
He'll be much missed. I can't imagine another club in this league selling its top scorer and best midfielder who together account for so many goals when so handily placed. Have to say we have bemused the footballing world and other fans with our actions. I appreciate Conor's ambition, but the world would not have caved in if we'd asked him to wait until April. I'm pretty clear he would have knuckled down. But all this is like we are back in the 1970s.
A Jerk with a knee. We move on wherever that takes us compared to my many years following OUR club the present fortunes we find ourselves in are really rather good.
