Apparently he prides and lives his life on honour, respect & class .....Shame he didn't show any of that to a team he once played for in his after match comments following the loss to us!! My respect for him has certainly gone down since his distinct lack of class when little sing games!
He's totally in the right. Not the first time this season that knob Wagner has left his technical area and incited hate. Absolutely no need for him to act that way. If they score against us and he does the same he wants tripping the **** up. **** like that especially in an high pressure local derby you can end up with fans trying to get on the pitch.
Wagner is trying to introduce Bundesliga ways into West Yorkshire. This holding hands business at the end of matches and going to the fans in a line is straight out of that league. Same as his pass, pass, pass in their own half. How they get so excited watching it beats me. It will soon go back to how it used to be though, where they are looking enviously upwards at their near neighbours (us included).
Dreamy tha needs some new specs. Monk barged into Wagbo way out of his area. Should get a five match ban. Where was the inciting hatred bit as well? Not keen on The German but delighted they did Leeds.
Watch the video. Monk deliberately stepped outside his technical area to collide with Wagner. https://twitter.com/footbalifights/status/828269158752202753
Where in the rules of football does it say that it is ok for the manager to run on to the field to join in goal celebrations. Ok, the man shows passion, but he has no right being on the field of play. You can easily see why Monk would object to that. Having said that, both should get touchline bans for at least three games. The mass brawl that followed was all caused by one idiot manager wanting to be the centre of attention.
Monk should have lodged his objections with the fourth official, not stepped across the guys path. Both idiots.
You can completely understand managers getting carried away in the heat of the moment & celebrating a goal like a mad man, especially a late winner in a local derby. What Monk did was far worse, he had time to think about it & deliberately invited a confrontation with Wagner. Both pillock's but Monk was far more of one
They were absolutely superb on Thursday, even I was pretty excited by that performance and I don't support them.
