Re: Heartbreaking Its been a disappointing window we left it a significantly weaker team than we started. You would have to be pretty obtuse not to see that. Doesn't mean we don't support the team 100 percent. A lack of support from the boardroom seems to have frustrated Hecky more than a few griping fans.
Re: Heartbreaking Your comments are insulting to every current member of our first squad and management. I for one hope they show you
Re: Heartbreaking I hope they show me, unlike you I go to every game home and away, I'd love them to show me but they won't pal
Re: Heartbreaking "just wait and see" you where saying see where we are on 1st Feb all january, Ian, the team is definitely weaker now it just seems all the other clubs aroundare getting the collywobbles as well so we're not slipping away too much.
Re: Heartbreaking What about when you commented that Wilson was **** and that our players were crap. Oh and that specifically included Josh scowen who you mocked for being worse than Dawson. How insulting do you think that was?
Re: Heartbreaking I think you have been mistaken. I have consistently referred to Josh scowern. As our. Best midfield. Player.
Re: Heartbreaking I don't gamble, but I do genuinely hope they prove you wrong. I'm sure they are trying there very best. And I consider. Paul Heckingbottom to be one of the best managers I've seen at Oakwell. It's a shame you and some others don't
Re: Heartbreaking Heckingbottom is best manager we've ever had in my opinion, the players give 100% every week that's not in doubt, the quality of the players to be able to sustain a play off push and the backing Heckingbottom as had from the board are the things I'm questioning.
Re: Heartbreaking It's not unreasonable to think we could sustain a challenge, we kept Roberts Watkins. Macdonald and scowern. Armstrong and Bradshaw will get goals. As will mowatt
Re: Heartbreaking I don't think the squad was strong enough to start with going into the new year it's definitely not now
Re: Heartbreaking I don't think we have we've thrown by weakening the team in January we'll finish 14th or lower come the end of the season, had we had a go in the window we could have finished top 8 and gone into next season in a strong position as it is we've blown it
Re: Heartbreaking I agree sadly. But you never know, the realist in me says a mid table finish is on the cards. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Re: Heartbreaking I admit the summer window is vital and we need to get it right. But look at Huddersfield and leeds two teams up there who recruited more or less new teams last summer and with Hudds quite a few loans. Leeds did their business quite late on aswell. We never needed 8 players to replace 3 by the way id rather we bring in quality or would you be happy for us to bring in 8 **** players
