As many posters keep saying "look where we were this time last year" or "we're in the highest position, we've been for years", I accept all that what i want to know is how are we going to take the next step forward when this policy is going to cause a rebuild every 12 months ot so.

 

By that logic, Crewe under Gradi in the 80's and 90's should have "had the bottle", and would have been challenging for the league title.
