I remember in Coronation Year paying 3 pence in old money to go and see the tattooed 'lady' at the circus of Heath Common. We certainly thought it as freakish.
Why do you think tattoos are repulsive? What is it about them that gives you a feeling of intense disgust? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I find the lack of respect and tolerance towards people for being different sad & bizarre. Whatever happened to live and let live? Why can't women do what they like with their own body? What next? Telling women what they should and should not wear? Perhaps men who aren't over six feet tall, don't have a penis over nine inches long and don't have a degree should also be regarded as freaks?
There's a lot of these people will regret being covered in tattoos in their later lives. It's a new craze started by the likes of David Beckham. It must cost a lot of money to get covered in them, anyone know the cost.
Tha reight Especially the last sentence- which is obviously true !!! But I always look at tattoos as a slight form of self harming. Little tattoos can look sexy on women - but the larger they get (still talking tattoos here) the more I dislike them.
Oh dear. If I've managed to upset you then perhaps I should have chosen my words more carefully or, better still, just kept my opinions to myself. I wouldn't dream of telling a woman (or a man for that matter) what to wear. We don't live in that kind of society anyway. However, I do reserve the right to be repulsed by some of what I see walking around the streets these days. It has nothing to do with young or old, man or woman. I just find heavily tattooed people, especially combined with metal sticking out of all kinds of places, offensive to look at. I don't like it and I don't understand it, but it's only my personal opinion. I'm not trying to shove it down anyone's throat. The two pictures above really ARE freakish though!
I don't have any tattoos, but who the hell am I to tell others what they should do? What makes me so perfect to judge others on their personal choice? What makes me right and them wrong?
Ive got piercings and tattoos and feel hugely offended that you are calling me a freak. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Puzzled now.... some replies say it's freakish.... some replies say you can't say that. A tad confusing on the freedom-to-do-and-say-what-you-want front. I still don't like tattoos on girlies but don't tell me I can't say that. I've rights, you know ! (or so the oiks at my wife's school tell her)
