    I don't get this, coming back with the money comments all the time. I thought more than anything they're wanting to play at the very top of their profession? If he had a decent agent he could have been playing in the Prem in August, probably on the same money.

    We sometimes forget that most footballers are thick. I'd like to think I'd investigate the club I was joining "what's the dressing room like" "where are they realistically going to finish" "what system do they play" "where I do fit in the system" etc...but I'd probably take the most money on offer sadly

    Not really worth a response but it's p....d me off because not once has Conor ever done anything to Barnsley that would be worthy of 'a terrible man' comment.
    Can't see how anyone would turn down an extra £20k a week.

    Great player for Barnsley, nothing against him for leaving but let's be fair he did change his Twitter header to a lion and start following Tony 99.9% well before the move was announced, both of which went largely uncommented on - at least nobody got angry about it. Had Winnall done the same he'd have been pilloried. So in my view he got away stick free.

    So tough titty :)

    He did actually, Good round of applause when he came below us to take a corner.

    Had a poor game though - shadow of the performances we have come to expect from him - even his corners didnt look dangerous
