    I must admit I thought James was poor first half but he picked it up when we made changes.

    Davies was superb and deserved man of the match.

    Think James does little right and little wrong. The sort of player who needs someone like Conor next to him otherwise we have a midfield that creates nothing.

    Funny you should say that because I was thinking at the time that him and Hammill looked good together. I often feel that Hammill brings out the best in other players (or they bring it out in him, not sure) but I used to think that alot about him and Aidy White. Kpekawa even looked much better when Adam was on the pitch with him.

    Exactly my thoughts. He's been outstanding every time I've seen him but was sloppy today. Perhaps just more noticeable after his previous performances and the standards he's set himself

    Doesn't help when he had Mowatt and Scowen alongside him who were useless in the first half!
