Glad you're using such recent examples like Vaz Te to make your point. Nothing's changed in the last 5 years has it. Except a couple of chief execs, a few managers, complete playing squad, a relegation and a promotion, and a couple of wins at Wembley. Nothing like solid, recent, examples to back up an argument.

 

If we were offered a mid-season finish at the start of the season we would have grabbed that with both hands.
But it's gone sour - and it's gone sour because basically we were in danger of losing the whole first team in January.

Marched them up to (nearly) the top of the hill.......and they marched them back down again.
And that's no fault of Hecky and his staff.
So, other than squeezing into the playoffs, which I don't think they will now, what ever happens now this season will be a disappointment.
It, the chance of the Premeirship, was in their hands this season.

 

How many more points from Rotherham, Wolves, Reading, Villa, Brighton and Huddersfield did you demand? 8 from 18 is a damn good return from that little run.

Nothing is sour at the club, except for people like you. Who said you weren't going to any games any more anyway. So that solved that little problem.

 

You would be better of watching Leeds, you could even pretend they are called "The Tykes".
They demand success and have the will to overspend

I don't think it's lack of "brain power" that gives people the perspective to know that the club is still in a good place.

Of course there is always room for improvement, but things could be a hell of a lot worse as well.

In danger of, yes. But we only lost 3 players. I don't see that as a season turning sour. Our results since have indicated that. Only the Wolves result since has been a negative one.

Hecky has had his best players sold from underneath him Mawson, winnall,connor,bree and still were picking up points against top teams best manager we have had in my time watching bfc.

 

It would have ben better to title this thread - 'some git says..' Rather than leave such a provocative statement to be scanned by club staff who probably will not look beyond the headline. It also looks like the opinion of the OP to the casual observer.
