Barnsley fc organise a football.match on a Saturday aft they pay doyle security and syp to prevent things like this happening if anyone is responsible it's doyle security and south yorkshires finest. But I'm not sure you can stop these thing from happening totally my mates a big town fan he says they have a large group of young lads intent on causing havoc at away games. Unless you have plenty of police and stewards on the concourse at half time you can't stop a large group of idiots doing something like that.
Maybe a moment of thought should go to the catering staff who are simply at their place of work. They don't deserve or should be expected to work in that environment. All for about 30 quid .
Agar about the responsibility that huddersfield town fc have regards the behaviour off their fans too then? ?????
You say............'Unless you have plenty of police and stewards on the concourse at half time you can't stop a large group of idiots doing something like that'. What about just two - with a Radio in case of backup? In this particular case - just like the Manchester United case .......there was NONE !!!
The mentality of the knuckle dragging knobheads who thought it would be a right laugh to smash a door in and intimidate the catering staff, many of who are school girls making a few extra quid is beyond me. There shouldn't need to be security staff and police to stop this, it just shouldn't happen in the first place. What the **** is wrong with people when they think behaviour like this is acceptable.
It is a tough be because they are not our fans so it is hard for bfc to completely stop it because Huddersfield should be the ones refusing to sell tickets to known troublemakers. It's exactly the same as I've argued about bfc in the past. A number of idiots are known to the club shop staff but are still sold tickets which is stupid and it must be the same at Huddersfield. If fans can identify them and know about them then the club must too but they continue to sell them tickets. In my opinion that makes THEM liable for any harm that comes to people as a result of selling them those tickets. With that in mind I think that blame also lies with the security employed by bfc for allowing drunken fans into the stadium (same in the ponty to an extent) and for failing to take enough steps to protect people as demonstrated against Leeds. The problem there s that the security is hired by bfc so ultimately that responsibility passes baco to them and if the security firm isn't doing a good enough job then they SHOULD be changed. But at the end of the day it's the ****ers pretending to be football fans who are to blame
Correct. I'm sick of the blame being placed everywhere except the tossers who masquerade as fans at games. I wonder if these hardcase Green Street wannabes would have kicked the door in had the catering stand been manned by 25 ex army 6 foot blokes or was it because 16 year old school girls are more their level. Knobheads, the lot of them. Football does not need them.
But your trying to blame this on bfc it's not Barnsleys fault. Huddersfield brought 4600 fans the largest amount they have ever brought to oakwell. When teams bring large numbers doyle security and syp should put bodies on the concourse at half time.
Unless people are banned it's impossible to stop them getting tickets even if the clubs shop suspect them as been wrong ens they would just order them online for delivery to their home adress. Im quite laid back with things at football games some folk on here can't wait to have digs at our lot but the away games I've been to this season I've seen no bother but it seems away teams are coming to oakwell and running a mock leeds and forest both threw flares after goals and the leeds ones landed on the pitch one close to adam davies (I don't care about pyro but throwing it becomes dangerous) people climbing on the steels is a accident waiting to happen and looting the beer is taking the piss.
