See there you go questioning my intellect, without knowing anything about me other than I'm a positive bloke. As far as the comments, you all give as good as you get on here. Hemsworth Tyke would probably verify that, as he's regularly on the receiving end, so don't be coming across all hurt because someone has played you at your own game. What's sad is you like a dog with a stick, and superTyke liking all your posts. You're like Doom and Gloom. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
I don't agree with you on this . The North Stand should be the only place for away fans. Giving away supporters more parts of the ground is going to make it look and sound like a home match for them.
I'm not hurt in the slightest mate. If someone makes personal attacks I will always give back as I did to you. I see you as unremittingly negative afraid of anyone suggesting any positive change. If you stop making personal attacks and wish to indulge in meaningful dialogue I will of course join you. I feel sorry for you to be honest.
I haven't personally attacked you have I? You and me are poles apart if you think I don't want change or improvement. I just don't see the point of talking constantly about the boards shortcomings and calling similar fans happy clappers. Talk is cheap. The club has fan meetings. If you're concerned get along and express your feelings at the meetings. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
I don't see the point in starting threads attacking people then being a hypocrite about it and then lying when you get rumbled or being negative like you are it's different strokes for different folks.
You've completely lost me mate. I've been looking all over the board for Fitzy's "snide attack" and I can't find it.
Not trying anything mate just saying what I see. You seem a negative person. For the record, perhaps unlike some of the other people you attack who I usually agree to disagree with, I think Mr Cryne is a fantastic person who has done a great job. I am glad we have him and should celebrate the fact as long as we do. At the same time to take the burden off him and with one eye on the future there are areas to improve. The commercial operation is poor and can be improved. We need to maximise revenue and look at innovative ticketing. Certainly in this area people 'moaning' led to the introduction of flexi tickets which are fantastic for those who use them. Given the finances in football it is not unreasonable to think that we may become a yo yo club between L1 and the Championship. Whilst we are in the championship it is imperative that we maximise revenues. In terms of the ground we have scored a few own goals in recent years like turning down an offer to paintbit for free. We can't afford to miss these opportunities. We should also bury the hatchet and look to someone like John Dennis to find out how he managed to improve the club in terms of the playing side and develop the ground. None of these are revolutionary ideas or negative. Onwards and upwards.
Tyrone A CRM system will let you have info on the matters to which you configure it to capture. (And only effective if every contact was recorded etc) ST has given a credible point especially about shirts. But unless the people in the club shop asked everyone for names and addresses who didn't get one or even a simple tally chart. Then it won't give the club the stats it needs to understand how many to order next year. It also won't give them the change of supplier who can't deliver for months. So whilst we have sold more than anticipated we are somewhat short of systems and procedures to analyse a future event such as possible sales.
You're seriously. Telling a ap about. Crm systems. Although. I'm not sure why name and address information. Would indicate. Intention to purchase
So basically we don't disagree on much? Strange how things work out. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
Yes I am. Especially seen as I implemented one from scratch some years ago. If you don't capture names and addresses (it was for an example) you don't get the individual details. Ie if one person asked 50 times for a shirt it's still only one more sale. If it's 50 individuals then it kind of brings more context to it. As I said if they even had a simple tally chart it would give the powers that be some knowledge that 50 enquiries were made AFTER we had sold out. A business that only sees sold out but not what they have missed out on will inevitably not cover future demands. Having those individuals details enables you to also backtrack and also promote business when you do have them in stock
I respect you've done one Crm implementation But 50 are 50. I respective of its 1x50 of 50x1 its still 50 units
T Which crm system tells the club that I am unhappy we sold out of shirts? When answering consider that they have at no point asked me if I am unhappy that we sold out of shirts.
