It is the one basically saying none of you are millionaires so your opinion is nvalid but written in a condescending and snidey fashion
How is one person asking 50 times 50 units? It's one unit because obviously that one person would only buy one shirt. If they were told after the first request that they were in stock then the other 49 requests wouldn't be made
I'm not here in this thread to argue with you. Just putting some additional context at what the club could do. Constructive criticism if you will. They have implemented a CRM system. It seems to surround ticket sales. Good that is yes. It's capturing data about fans purchases of said tickets and they can use that to target offers. Now just imagine if they also doubled up that ST card to be used when buying goods out of the shop. It suddenly gives them additional info about spending patterns in the shop. Not everyone will have them to hand when buying a shirt for example but it's more info than they had previously. Sort of like a tesco club card or boots points card. 2 of the leading companies who use it for a real advantage. The club is doing well. But it could do more. That's all.
You were talking. About how many people they'd ordered now we are talking about how many we could. Have hypothetically. Sold. Can I refer you back to your crystal ball
Who was talking about the club ordering people? All along I and others have been pointing it that because the club have failed to ASK customers or record enquiries and causal comments and complaints they have no idea what the actual demand is and so they have no figures to stop them making the same mistakes again as proven by the fact that it wasn't the first time the same mistake was made. At no point was anybody talking about ordering people
You should. Run the shop Conan will be looking for staff of your calibre once he's appointed ceo #dreamteam
I've got no problem with the people in the shop. They are working under constraints laid down by people much higher
Until you know the cost involved in recommissioning the seats inquest you can't possibly continue saying we are throwing money away. Well not unless you are barking mad
But you'd have to demolish it first. I was going to lead on to another question but I can't be bothered.
Is the push for safe standing areas at football ground still ongoing ? The west stand would surely be ideal for this kind of venture
Again I'm no expert. In construction. But I believe. Both Liverpool and Tottenham. Are either building around or have built. Around there current. Facilities. However any future developments would have. To be supported with costings and a robust business case
Hi mate, have you tried contacting the the club to arrange a meeting so you can air your grievances. It's my understanding that they're very open to sitting down with folk and listening to want you have to say.
