Conor Hourihane stars as Jacob Butterfied.
Sam Winnall is a pastier Vaz Te
Morsy a slightly more Egyptian Danny Drinkwater.

End of season collapse leading to a disastrous following season when the ripped out heart couldn't be repaired.

Major difference though - Hecky will be starring as Hill.

The most annoying thing is they simply have not learned one single bit! They should have taken Winnall and Hourihane and said look we are going for promotion. We are going to sign x,y and z to get us over the line and hopefully you guys will be premier league come the end of the season. Easier said than done but we have thrown away a promotion winning spine for 1-2 million. Sickener.

We should have used some of the Mawson money to get fletcher and izzy in on loan and proper gone for it! And given the results around us we would have done it - i have no doubt! Then we woudl have been 90-100m to the better insetad of 1-2m.

    Sickener.

Now we are in a relegation battle next season most likely - and maybe even lose our manager if someone else comes in for him. What a strategy.

Much worse this time round though. Vaz Te had a 500k (!) release clause and Drinkwater was never here with a view to a permanent. We also didn't have the Stones and Mason money in the bank to fall back on. I also thought we were never really that good under Hill and we outdated have slid down the table anyway.

Oh, and Hill was a complete c@@t.

But it's also pretty much the same board that's let it happen again so not learned from it happening under Keef.

Lessons not learnt is the lesson I guess.

It's alright to be a selling club but if you lose half a team and only properly replace one player it's never gonna end well. Hill was pretty popular before the collapse so who knows what next year will bring.

At least we'll have the money/peanuts from the sales of Roberts and McDonald next season. When clubs come in offering them 1000s more than the measly £1500pw they are on we will have to sell them to the lowest bidder we wont have a choice
