Who? Quite honestly, for the first time in ages I fancy us to beat them. They have been a bit iffy lately, their fans are on the edge of mutiny, and Fulham are drawing ever so close to them. We don't have any pressure on us and they will be so desperate to beat us. Can see it going our way.
I'm not confident at all. Over the last few years we could have played a Wednesday team so decimated by injuries that they had to play half an academy side and we still wouldn't beat them. It wouldn't surprise me at all if we don't batter them mercilessly for 95 minutes but still lose to a last minute fluke, or an own goal or some unbelievably dodgy decision.
Aye. Look up 'poxy' in the dictionary and after some stuff about bubonic plague, the definition is Sheffield Wednesday
Last week Radio Sheffield mentioned six of their regulars that were 90 minutes from promotion last season were missing through injury. No better time to play them because even if some are back they won't be match fit.
Listened to football heaven on way home today and even a Wednesday fan said the same. That they have been lucky against us recently.
