Sheffield Wednesday’s Sam Hutchinson will miss the derby game with Barnsley at Oakwell after a freak incident at a Petrol Station made him late for the team’s pre match meeting. Hutchinson managed to lock himself out of his 4x4 vehicle at Jet Station, High Green, and needed to call for assistance to retrieve his keys, which had slipped down a grate. Wednesday manager, Carlos Carvahal refused to comment on the situation, but it is believed that Hutchinson was late for a meeting and other comments in the media had irked the Hillsborough supremo. Wednesday go into the game knowing that a win for their rivals, coupled with a win for Fulham, would see them drop out of the play off zone. Barnsley are set to give a start to winger, Adam Hammill who graciously accepted Hutchinson’s 3 game suspension, after Hutchinson received a red card, last time the two teams met in December.
