Am I the only one who thoroughly enjoyed the match today?

    Some bits weren't very good.

Lots of other bits were fantastic. Adam Hammill played out of his skin despite being kicked all over the place - a worthy man of the match. Josh Scowen filled in well at left back. Andy Yiadom was great before his shoulder decided to pop out. The back lads were as strong and dominant as ever, and well done to the lad at right back for a very solid game. Kent finished strongly and those last 5 minutes were pure emotion. Went home feeling like we'd won, and we very nearly did, they were in a right panic at the end. Really enjoyable game.

I thought it was a tactical / derby physical balanced game.

Well enjoyable - once we scored!!

I did. We played some cracking football at times. The build up leading towards Armstrong's chance was fantastic for one. Plenty of fight all afternoon. In parts it was a typically scrappy derby game, but overall I reckon we deserved the points. Shame it was only 1

I don't like games V Wednesday, but in the circumstances, taking 2 points off them at the death was brilliant.

I was disappointed with the starting line up, but credit to our players, we got no more than we deserved. Hope we go 4-4-2 next home game cos putting Mowatt in just seems to disrupt us. Rather have Moncur in there.

I would't say I enjoyed the game, just the result. Can't understand some of the negativity though. Lighten up yer miserable lot!

I've got a new favourite word after today - ODIOUS! I keep saying it over and over again. It's brilliant, one of the best words I know. I wonder why I started using it today?

Before you ask, my previous favourite word was QUAGMIRE. Now that really is a brilliant word.......

Well I used a word made up of the first 4 letters of your word, followed immediately by the first 5 letters of my cricket club. Preceded by ODIOUS of course.

Was going to post the same myself . That was a proper football match full of incidents and passion. That's what we've been missing . The Sam Winnalls goal and celebration was both over the top and in a funny way respectful . He rightly got dogs abuse and the flying pig was dead funny . But I tell you what he's a red and he knows it .

Btw Scowen was superb. That lad can play anywhere and still make it look easy . Best left back we've had all season.

Glad to see that you are not bogged down with a one and only favourite.

I enjoyed it as well - not much difference between the teams with them having spent a lot more than us - we matched them which wasn't bad considering half the back four were playing out of position.

Would have preferred two up top because I couldn't see what Mowatt offered. Considering our record against Wednesday in recent years- I'll take a looking quite happily

Nope, cracking 90 mins I thought. Howlers, some big tackles, some reight tekkers, a panto villain and the best stoppage time I can remember. Me and the lad thoroughly enjoyed it - so much for him he's after a season ticket for next year.

    No, me too.

Can't be ******* doing with the narrative on here - nobody's happy at losing Hourihane etc, but breaking your ******* neck every week to make out it's all **** - why ?

    Boring.

Exactly, it's the repetition that gets on my tits, not the opinion itself.

I thought the match as a whole was dire and passionless. Both sets of fans were pretty quiet and there was little passion on the pitch. The last 5 minutes were brilliant and are the bit I will remember when the mundaneity is long forgotten.

I enjoyed it despite the football been pretty poor. If you didn't know better you'd say it was two teams battling for survival on that showing.

At least we've got an excuse, coming up from league one & losing half our side, they've spent a fortune & strengthened in January.

I loved the needle & the last 5 minutes though. Up & down & losing my voice due to that brilliant ending & screaming at Winnall when he goaded us

I really enjoyed it as well, and thought we played somevery decent stuff at times. I'm sure if we approach the Cardiff game in the same way, we'll be celebrating three points on Tuesday.

Very little quality on show, but the last 5 minutes were pretty good.
