It wouldn't make any difference if he does get a retrospective punishment as I would be genuinely surprised if Winnall gets another game for the Fowls anyway ..... he's their 5th choice striker, was only selected yesterday because of his history with us but he still offered nothing to their game other than a tap in from our mistake!

Maybe we will have the last laugh .... Any coincidence that Wednesday's downturn in form & results came after he signed for them?

Firing squad would be an appropriate punishment.

^^^This is ridiculous and I'm sure you know that.

But it is a little bit strange that Adebayor was booked for his "celebration" against Arsenal AND received a ban having already been punished with the caution.

Also strange that that ars3hole just got a talking to yesterday and nothing more. Never spoken a bad word about him before now, despite the disrespectful circumstances under which the transfer news was leaked. But what a way to wipe out any remaining respect from the fans that once sang your praises. Showed a complete lack of respect to the entire club. Hope it was worth it. Cemented his status as a prize pr*ck with that petulant display. What a shame. Hero to zero.

Many apologies for attempting to put a humorous spin on the subject.
In future I shall stick to labelling ex-players ars3holes and pr*icks and may then be taken as a serious and mature poster.

To be honest, I thought he was a miserable sod that possibly spoiled the team unity when he did play for us. Those two goal non-celebrations seemed to confirm that.

Ah good. You did know that it was ridiculous. All's well then. Apology unnecessary.

You are right. It indeed WAS a ridiculous post by me. In future, can I PM any thoughts, opinions or witty banter that crosses my mind, directly to you? Then if you approve, I can share it with the rest of the board.

He's the lowest paid at £18k per week too! Forestieri on £40k + with Fletcher on £40k!

That won't be necessary. You're free to post whatever you like and if I find it ridiculous, I am free to say so, as that's MY opinion. Have a nice day ;)
