Season ticket renewal online

    Just looked on my account and the prices I am given are the standard early bird, Yet I purchased my tickets last season at early bird prices.

    Is this same for everyone or can people confirm that their online renewal shows the frozen prices

    When i log in there is a notification waiting for me saying renew now. Clicking on that brought up tickets at this seasons prices

    If I click on the renew now button this gives me the ticket price as the same as last years early bird ticket ie the Frozen one so mine is working as expected. Not actually tried to buy it yet though

    Same issue here. I also have renewal options for tickets in my network (at frozen prices) whilst my ticket is the higher early bird price. Also have a mate's car park season ticket renewal visible.

    Odd question, did you use your season ticket to purchase them last season, or a different account? Could be what the problem is if that makes sense.

    Had a response from box office via Twitter regarding my problem. I moved my seat near to the start of this season having renewed last April. It's because of that why I'm being missed as an early bird with the price frozen, the system treats me as a new ticket holder in that respect. Can be manually overridden.

    Club responses via Twitter have been excellent and quick on the occasions I've used it.

    Getting the lad a season ticket this time - I might be able to join him if summat comes off at work and I get my setdis back.....not had one since 1981-82! Anyway, I was surprised how few seats are actually available on the plan - have we really got that many ST holders?? Some seats we've sat in regularly this season on flexi-tickets and single tickets are unavailable to buy as STs. We'll find somewhere, but I was genuinely amazed how few 'free' ones there are.
