If each club was limited to X number of permanent January signings, they wouldn't be able to stockpile players just for the sake of it.

Hasn't Hourihane already achieved one ambition playing for The Republic since he moved? I'd see his career already moving forward since he left us.

That is true. I'm certain he will progress and play in the top flight. He has pretty much everything as a player.

Unfortunately, due to copyright laws, you have to contact each person in the picture and ask for their consent. However, the angry looking ginger lad isn't out on tag until 18th May so can't be contacted.
I've got a Visiting Order for Wednesday though, so can ask him if you like. Don't fancy your chances though as he's even more vexed now than when that picture was taken.

"The team was better than the players that made up the team". Brilliant line from red rain and to me it says exactly what bfc is all about and I am fine with that.

Quite so. But having reached your level of incompetence, do you step back and do the job that fits your talents, or do you bluff it out, put up with the higher stress levels and count your cash when you have the time. It looks like Adam Hammill decided to take the quiet life if only for his peace of mind. even if it meant less cash. It does make you wonder though doesn't it.

The ones that cope don't have very high stress levels because they lack the self-awareness to even realise they are out of their depth. I worked for one or two in my time! Those with a bit more awareness do find the situation more stressful - and that's when other demons surface. I think Adam had his share of that. Anyway, deep waters!
