Would be ironic if we push them closer to the drop after last time we went there and they won the league and thought they were on the way back the the Prem. And in January they were all adamant they'd stay up and Morsy signed for them again because they're a bigger club. Look who's benefitted the most from promotion!
How quickly things change. 12 months ago they had a good young manager and many of our sold out away end stayed behind at full time to show respect to the new champions as they got their trophy and did their lap of honour (even though getting to the presentation dragged out). Now I hope they go down and nobody asks them for Morsy so he can play in front of tiny tin pot division three crowds whilst they can't get his five figure wage off the bill on their vastly reduced income.
Have both back in a heart beat. I think its important to state that Morsy did nothing wrong, we (well Linton) screwed that up, deal was all agreed.
Not sure how us being unwilling to match what Wigans daft wages was Lintons fault...stayed where he was for the money so he cam stay there for me.
