Very poor result. They need a rocket up the arse, but there isn't much point at this stage, season is as good as over, and most of the starting 11 tonight won't even be here next season. Time to play players who are under contract beyond this season for the remaining games. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sounds like Kent was very instrumental tonight, and Armstrong was in the right place to follow up for firsts. Matty James also much involved. All this before our regular players at the back made errors that have cost us the game.
That's the worrying thing, our better players will be back at their parent clubs in a few weeks time. We need to start planning for next season. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Get a grip. Please. This is a team that has battled on and on but you have been banging on about NEXT season since January. Let this team finish THIS season. Poor result with a massive input from the ref. Cut these lads some slack and remember the season we are playing in.
I hope so. I would like to see a team full of under contract players on Monday, Probably with exception of Matty James, give some of the youngsters a run out. Establish who could be useful next season. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Ahh, spotted it now. She's not wrong though in fairness. I thought it was a poor game myself but we were set up (like Villa away) to hit them incessantly on the break and it worked to a tee. Unfortunately, we went to sh*t for five minutes and the referee made one of the worst decisions I've ever seen, then gave the softest of free kicks that denied us an equaliser. I'm not overly fussed about the defeat. It's a shame, but like I say, we weren't great. However, if a genuine ref was in charge, that's a 3-2 win.
Not been tonight so only going off highlights but not sure why the players need a kick up the arse or anything like that. It's two individual errors from Davies & a shocking decision from the ref, it'd be a bit stupid if our fans booed the team or Hecky had a serious go at them
