Twitter have a poll on who their subscribers think will be promoted from the Championship as a result of the play offs. The current return shows the following percentages. FULHAM 44% OWLS. 16% HUDDERSFIELD. 15% LEEDS. 13% READING. 12% IMO on the teams seen at Oakwell this Season I would go with Fulham followed by Reading ,Huddersfield , and Leeds with Wednesday last. Any other views.?
I'd say based on who's been most impressive Fulham Huddersfield Reading Wednesday and leeds level bottom. I have a feeling that Huddersfield will get beaten in the playoffs, lose their manager, loanees and better players in close season. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
Based purely on what I've seen at Oakwell this season, Fulham stood out with Reading not far behind. Fulham were probably the best team I've seen at an away game this season so that supports what I saw at the Well.
I'd say the same. Can see Huddersfield losing a fair few players, as you say, but they'll probably re-invest a lot.
Fulham are light-years ahead of the rest in terms of flair and attacking play, Reading are a very solid team though. Huddersfield feel like they're getting a nose-bleed and the other two are just poor. However, the luckiest team this season by far are the PIGs so I'll go with them.
Thought only Fulham and Huddersfield (particularly 1st half) were strong home and away, but we could easily have nicked the points at Huddersfield, instead they did. Reading were good for their lead and defended well when a man short at Oakwell, but we're predictable away in mainly getting the ball wide and floating balls in that we pretty easily defended. I think we should have had something from both leeds and wendy away from home. Neither were very good at oakwell. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
I based my ranking on the fact that Fulham and Reading beat us, Huddersfield played well and should have beaten us, we beat Leeds but at least they posed an attacking threat albeit they were awarded the dodgy penalty and Wednesday I put last because as usual they got a "crabby" goal and whilst looking poor still managed to go away with a point. Remind me how does the draw pans out, is it 1st v 4th and 2nd v 3rd. If it is would that be Terriers v Fulham and Reading v Owls ( presuming that Leeds miss out) ? Should be interesting. Either way my gut says Wednesday will bottle it.!
