for the performances since you arrived. It's been a pleasure to watch you and I wish you well next season hopefully in the Premiership where you clearly belong.

Agreed. Absolute class above most we've seen in this league all season.

Hopefully next season we get 3 or 4 similar quality loans. Other than Kent (at times) and James the other loans we've had have been mediocre to poor. Confident we'll sign quality players in the summer though to start next season with a far stronger first team than the one that started today. James is the only one who would be very hard to match quality wise.

Totally agree FR. A quality player. Whether he can hold his place down in the Foxes team remains to be seen.

Kent poor again today. Probably count on the fingers of one hand the number of good games he has had. And yet......he gets the young player of the year award. Baffling!

James has been the classiest player we have had for absolute ages. Maybe since Hignett (said he ignoring Stones cos he was still raw when he left).

I thought Kent had a decent game today. Their full back, Brayford, was bought for £2 million and he was made to look silly by Kent's dribbling.

If you'd have asked me in January if I wanted Kent here on loan next season I'd have probably declined but I think he's had a good end to the season and wouldn't mind seeing him again next year.

I hope Ryan Kent isn't lining up against us next year, I think he'll be outstanding next season at championship level. James has been a pleasure to watch, I wish Armstrong all the best not quite worked out but a decent lad. Jones and Janko I'd like to keep them but as permanent signings as the loan players need to be higher quality than we can afford to buy.

Thanks Matty for choosing to come here. I got the impression when we signed him that he had the choice of 3 or 4 clubs and wanted to be here. He's played like a player who wanted to be at this club. We managed to get the luxury of a Premier League player at a midtable Championship level. He's been a class apart in every game.

To be a consistently competitive championship club we need at least 4 or 5 players of Matty James quality. Thats the challenge we face IMHO

    Poor again?

We kept giving the ball to him and he was dancing through their defence for most of the second half.

We had no other means of threatening them, apart from Kent.

If poor means being able to trot past an opponent at will, then yes he was poor.

My own opinion is that he was a constant threat. And that he has a special talent. But his final product still is mediocre.

It will be better with age.

Agreed that he doesn't have much trouble dribbling past players but the sign of a good winger is one that does that and then lays on a decent chance, or has a pop himself. Maybe all this will come in time but he's not there yet. Some of what he has done for us HAS been outstanding but so much more of his game is just wasteful. He runs down dead ends too often for me. He's young, he's raw and might turn into something good, but it won't be with us.

Without him today we'd have just passed it from side to side. There's being wasteful and then there's trying to make something happen.

Kent has been a class act in recent weeks. He has always had the ability but is now adding the physical strength. Someone will see the benefit of his talents next season. Unfortunately it won't be us......

Graceful and beautiful to watch. Poetry in motion. Makes the very difficult look very easy and effortless. Thanks Matty.

Natural born footballer. Different physique, bit the way he moves around the pitch, and goes past players, James reminds me a lot of Peter Beardsley.

Was it you who made a huge deal about his injury when he first signed?

    Basically wrote him off instantly.
