I don't mind Huddersfield, as I know quite a few town fans and they are a similar club to us. I've a feeling that this is their big opportunity and missing out could be costly for them. Mooy back to Man City and other clubs sniffing around their better players and manager. I'd like to see them get up, but to be honest, I'd also be glad to see the back of Wednesday for a bit. As long as The Champions Of Yorop or The Massives don't go up, I couldn't care less who does. Reading? Fulham? Huddersfield? Islamic State FC? Ian Huntly Athletic? Fine by me.
I hope they don't. They proper think they're big time and have done since winning promotion to this league. Hope it's Reading or Fulham through the play offs, preferably Reading.
Would prefer Fulham. The others all looked beatable (and next season Hudds will struggle if they don't get similar quality loans in) but Fulham were class above.
We all know that Wednesday are gonna go up don't we . They'll be losing 3-0 in the play off final with 5 minutes to go and win 4-3 with 2 dodgy penalties an own goal and a Sam Winnall last minute winner that he doesnt celebrate .
I'd rather fulham get promoted, I know plenty of town fans don't mind em but just because their fans were morons in our concourse and I also enjoy the Yorkshire derby's, wouldn't mind seeing wednesday lose at wembley again.
I want Huddersfield to get promoted it gives hope to #TheLikesOfBarnsley Sent from my iPad using Barnsley FC BBS Fans Forum
I hope they go up. Met plenty of their fans & the ones I've met don't seem to carry the arrogance of Leeds & Wednesday fans & I've good memories of their stadium with the play off semi & staying up on the last day (I've tried to forget Frimpong, Shea, McCourt, Proschwitz etc & that 5-0)
I think some of them have got a certain arrogance about them now though, now that they are 'somebody' and are actually challenging for promotion. Id rather they, and Leeds, and the Fowls all miss out.
Me too - be nice to play in the Yorkshire Championship next season. Be even better if Newcastle stayed down as well and let all the southern teams go up - Brighton, Reading and Fulham
Under investigation for playing an under strength team against Birmingham City on Saturday. Tony Mowbray ( Blackburn manager) has registered a formal complaint due to the fact that Town made ten changes to their side in a game that City won 2-0 to hamper Rovers and Forest's survival prospects.
As long as they were all registered players there's nowt he can do . It's a bit **** for those at the bottom but the fact that they are there isn't Huddersfield's problem .
What sour grapes by him. It's not like they gave new squad numbers out for the game they gave squad players match time who have always had a squad number. It's not upto Huddersfield to babysit ***** clubs. They do right looking after their own interests. If they played the usual and they had bad luck fans would complain about them risking players for no reason and going into the play offs with players injured, tired, or suspended. For me they have done zero wrong and a fine would be totally wrong. In other news I see Mooy got their player of the year award, big surprise....
Was being sarcastic fella. As obvious as when Abraham wins for Brizzle. Rumoured teams will offer Man City 10 million pounds for him so the only chance they have of getting him back next season is to get promoted.
Reading and Huddersfield are both *****. Top four with a plus one goal difference. I'd like to get rid of Reading though as it's a ball ache to get to and they bring 300 fans.
£199 season tickets for what may be Premier League football. Why can't Barnsley do this? Oakwell is certainly big enough to do it.
