2-1 after extra time against Chorley to get back to the conference at first chance they got. Attendance just short of 8000 with nearly 2000 away fans. Excellent for division six football.
Crowds have been a credit to the conference in a few games this season. I heard on the radio that there were nearly as many at the last Tranmere game as there was at the Bournemouth game the same weekend. Oh and well done Halifax.
I got invited to the game today by a mate who watches Halifax. Had to turn it down as I needed to work. Chuffed for em. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Especially as they had about 25,000 spare seats at their previous ground, which is still perfectly functional. What a mess that was.
A mate of mine who supports Huddersfax went to see them win the Fa Trophy last season, but he said he would have given that up if it meant avoiding relegation of course. So well done to them for coming straight back up, I wonder if York can do that next season. Ohh and when I told him we're probably getting rid of Shaun Tuton he said they wouldnt touch him with a bargepole now after he turned his back on them. Ouch!!
