As some rumours seem to suggest Marley may be signing for Villa

    when we play them next season I propose that instead of shirt numbers for our players, we replace them with price tags.
    I think this will definitely help Steve Bruce in his recruitment drive, and save both parties wasted time negotiating.

    If we do it with velcro then we could change the price as the game goes on. So for example last time at Villa Park, Bradshaw would have started the game with £750,000 on his back, but finished with £2,500,000. Perhaps they could even bring the cash and then we could allow them to 'cash out' at any point during the game.

    just a thought.

    Impossible... Don't you remember, only a couple of months back, it came out that Marley had had is head turned by offers from Prem clubs. But loved us really..
