Straight on Twitter "The EFL will be gutted that it's not Wednesday in the final. All that lost revenue." They can't help themselves can they.
Not even in the top 5 best supported teams in The Championship. Deluded.

When asked by Alan Brazil on talk Sport to classify teams as big and small he classed Newcastle as massive, Villa,
Spurs, Arsenal etc etc as big and within his list of small he included Sheffield Wednesday and United.

I would have included Alan Brazil in the big list

This is why people laugh when they inevitably fall short.

I agree GO. Saw a picture of a very lean Ray Parlour couple of weeks ago. Looks as though he'd been in a famine.
Brazil looks as though he's caused one.!! By all accounts and on his own admission he's fond of the booze.

They say they are massive, but they can't fill a ground with 39,700 capacity for a playoff semi final.

Newcastle bigger than Spurs and Arsenal, the alcohol damage to his brain must be more severe than I thought.

Well if he thinks Newcastle are Massive and Arsenal are nearly big he is as deluded as a pig fan. Massive for me are Man Utd Liverpool and Arsenal and that's about it. Go to Asia or Europe and see how many Newcastle fans you can find

    What constitutes a Massive club

    - Size of Crowd
    - current and recent trophy success
    - level of success I.e. Prem, Champs League
    - consistency over history at a level
    - comparison between others on same criteria
    - facilities, ground and stands
    - location and catchment
    - financial clout or spend
    - TalkSports references
    - size of fans gobs
    ?

Whenever anyone talks about clubs been big or about attendance I instantly think they're a bit of an idiot.

It baffles me, as long as you're there & you enjoy any success your club has why does it matter about anyone else?

It's a disease in Sheffield and Leeds. I've worked in both cities and witnessed it first hand, not to mention on forums and social media. They talk more about their crowds and the 'size' of their clubs than they do about the football that their teams play or their players. If somebody puts something on facebook about a 'good away following' for whatever club, be it 1,000 Scunny fans at Walsall, or 2,000 Donny fans at Hartlepool or 3,000 Grimsby fans at Donny, you can guarantee someone who supports Sheff Weds; Sheff United or Leeds will comment and say .... 'we would have taken double that amount'. It's just cringeworthy.
