The most incompetent performance I can remember seeing from a serving prime minister in my lifetime. If she has called this election on the issue of leadership she's backed the wrong horse.
She's absolutely shockingly incompetent. How anyone could think about voting for her is staggering. I wish JC had built a decent team around him though. In the spirit of Kevin Keegan I'd love it if she lost it. Love it.
Perhaps the so called stars of the right like Cooper, Benn and Umunna ought to have got behind their leader. A few months of unity and look at the positive effect. 10 % lead from behind in Wales. Tory lead down to 7% in latest polls.
Bizarre that anyone that poor at communication should sell herself as being the leader to 'talk' to the EU for all the medias criticism Corbyn cones across as much more confident and competent. It's a shame that the Blairites have undermined him at every turn and left him surrounded by some less than competent people. But every party has them look at Johnson and Gove. That's why they've voted for him twice in a year by a massive margin . The people against him are Labour light Blairites who get a disproportionate voice on media programmes ,
Andrew Neil is capable of tearing apart most MPs, he's probably the best in the business at interviewing them. A major factor in this election will be trust; who do the public trust the most to run the country. I dare say one or two may even change their minds when the get to the ballot box.
Unlike Theresa May Corbyn has been elected twice in a free vote of party members. He is the Labour Party's most popular leader since the height of Blairism. The people who he is unpopular with are a small rump of hardcore right wing Labour MPs who can't accept that things have changed. The right wing press focuses on them because that's what the right wing press does. Sent from my iPad using Barnsley FC BBS Fan Forum mobile app
I was really surprised that he didn't give her an easy ride. Her performance this morning in Wales was appalling. She could barely suppress her anger at the questions being asked. It's clear to see why she's being kept away from debate and the general public unless they've been vetted and handpicked. She had a reputation for being a control freak when Home Secretary and it was clear to see this in Wales, she was not happy at all in the Q&A session. I really enjoyed watching her squirm.
He's popular with a relatively small group of voters and in their eyes he can do no wrong, they almost believe he can walk on water (this isn't a criticism of his supporters by the way). Unless he can convince those who don't agree with his policies and political views then he won't win the election.

Andrew Neil doesn't give anybody an easy ride, ever. It's not in his nature to go easy in interviews. He is forensic, aggressive, articulate and at times down right belligerent. That's why he is best at what he does.
This probably the best tweet I have seen on the subject https://twitter.com/ijbrads66/status/866429880690515968
True. Never hurt Thatcher though or Blair though neither had the press character assassinating them I suppose. Sent from my iPad using Barnsley FC BBS Fan Forum mobile app
And yet I still bet she'll win because so many Sun, Mail et al readers are unable to think for themselves. Or are just plain thick.
