Separately, Gillard angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying she supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques. Quote:

Maybe if we circulate this amongst ourselves in UK , SA, Canada & USA, WE will find the courage to start speaking and voicing the same truths.

There was an interesting interview with a former chief of the cobra counter terrorism unit on 5 live this morning (name escapes me)

Basically said that there are over 3000 people of interest on their watch list but current uk laws means that they are untouchable.
He said in his opinion they should all be deported back to the country of origin asap.
When the presenter questioned his opinion saying that surely not all these suspects would actually do anything, he responded that while he agreed that there would be some sent back who had no intention of doing anything surely it would be worth upsetting some rather than seeing our children dead in the streets.
He also said than any british born jihadis who go to syria to fight for isis shouldnt be allowed back in to the country.

I apollogize for the way my typing may not come across in the way i heard it but it did make interesting listening

 

One thing for certain is that anybody that is a failed asylum seeker and is due to be deported from whichever country should be detained until they leave .
Not racist , realistic .

 

How many of those on the watch list are there because they are in unions, protest groups, Greenpeace, hunt sabs or anti-fracking groups though?

 

Do you realise that the last person killed in the UK by a bomber born outside the UK and Ireland was at Lockerbie. That's nearly 28 years ago. Locking up the failed asylum seekers might help if the culprits weren't born here.

So, as Home Secretary, Mrs May failed to hit her immigration targets. Cut the border force to the extent that we have little idea of who is coming or going into the country, Cut the police force to the bone so they can't protect us as they need. And people still think the country is safe in her hands.

 

. I'm a labour voting atheist but I agree with every word it's about time we told people who chose to come here or those born here but with parents / grand parents that weren't that they need to accept our norms and our ways or find somewhere else to live

I was born here as were my parents and grand parents but I fundamentally and absolutely don't accept or have the slightest respect for your norms, ways or anything you think. Where are you going to send me.
