Not accessible on tablets or mobile devices. So much for improving communication. You subscribe for a service then they remove it.
My issue is when i enquired about why ifollow would not work on my android tablet. i was informed that ifollow was not available on tablets or mobile devices. Shame because player worked perfectly.
If we are talking about player hd there hasn't been an update for over 3 weeks since stevie mallan first interview I presume I've missed something here. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
To my knowledge player hd is history replaced by ifollow which fails to work on tablets and mobile devices so even though you had subscribed the new service only works on a PC
Works on my phone. The EFL app is now redundant, just open a browser on your tablet/phone go to www.barnsleyfc.co.uk and select IFOLLOW sign in and jobs a good one[
That's wrong though, mate. I've just watched videos on it through my iPhone. It works fine and you're the first to mention this issue. Can you run through what you've done? Cheers.
Sorry mate I'm still on barnsley player hd app on my galaxy phone I've missed the change to ifollow and can't find it on Google play. Not sure how to get it and I know that is me just being thick. Any help would be appreciated Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
I will chase it all up tomorrow and stick a thread on here regards it. As far as I know, there's no app at the moment. I might be wrong. I just go straight to the club website and then click on iFollow and login. Try that and let me know
Mine doesn't work either. I've not signed up or owt, but it won't let me access it. You said if I noshed you off in Bramah's I could have it for nowt, sort it out Whitey.
I don't want to come across as fobbing you off mate. But it sounds like an issue at your end. Have you read the FAQ on our website? Keep on at the provider.
