Works fine when logged in through ifollow on bfc website. Thanks. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
That's beyond me I'm afraid. As I say, you're the first to raise these issues. Out of a thousand or so subscribers.
No, I'm not signed up to it so I have no idea what content is available. Not the time or the place though, the lad just wants his issue sorted.
I'm off to bed lad. Busy day at work ahead. Loads of videos since Mallan. I uploaded four today. We can only put content on if we get content. With no players or coaching staff at the club there's not much we can do is there? Join me in going to bed.
Will there be an app released before next season? The new website is marginally better than the last one, but it's still not great - always found the app to work really well though.
I will ask about the app and let you know. I think the site is much better. And has capacity to improve over time unlike the old one.
Cheers, I appreciate it. And yes, you're right: it is much better, thinking about it. I'm still not convinced about adverts on what's really a business website, but I'm guessing the club doesn't have much of a choice there. I just think that going from an app that works really well at delivering me content (that I've paid for) directly to having to log in on a browser feels like a massive step backwards, even if the process of doing so has been hugely improved!
FROM THE Q&A SECTION OF IFOLLOW .... Yes you can! Video playback can be used directly on your mobile phones from this moment onwards. However, live streams of matches (international subscribers only) and full match replays (all paid subscribers) will require an app for Android and iPhone. This will be released ahead of the 2017/18 season and we will be keeping fans updated as to the minute of this new arrival. iFollow will continue to work as expected on supported web browsers.
Sorry to be a pain Whitey. I've tried logging in using my usual details. I did read the note that said I may have to request a link to reset my password. Which I've done. 4 times. Still not had the link to sort it. I can log into the now redundant player app absolutely fine with my existing details but not iFollow. Any tips hints help would be appreciated. Cheers. Check your spam folder that's where mine was. The link actually took me to West Broms site just changed password and logged in as normal Sent from my C NOTE using Tapatalk
@YTBFC be honest, you have fingered Hemmsy's Mam haven't you? Thats why he's made you and your colleague who puts the media stuff out his number one target...
It actually says on the subscription page * Live matches and full match replays will be unavailable on iOS and Android mobile/tablet devices. We are currently working on bringing you mobile app for iOS and Android from the Apple store and Google Play Store respectively. That said I just tried to watch the 2nd half replay of the bristol match on my iphone and it works just fine as long as you access via the website using safari - in fact all the videos I tried work fine on the iphone as long as you use the web browser There is no app yet Additional note my iPlayer subscription is still valid but when I tried to log on first time it forced me to reset my password. That worked as expected - except for some reason it directed me to the West Brom iFollow website to do that! - logging in now correctly sends me to Barnsley stuff though
Hi Whitey - a question about live streaming. Do you know if there will be any way for subscribers who are based in the UK to watch games when out of the country. For example I miss quite a lot of games when abroad on business (and pleasure) and it would be really great if there was a way to watch the live stream legally
Aww crap - does that mean that I have to have my browser open to listen to commentary? That was a right ballache [and battery drain] so I was really pleased when someone introduced me to the EFL app that could run commentary in the background.
