more Actually as I have often said on here I know **** all about football as regards individual players and the finer details. I know my limitations and it is best left to experts like Hecky. Everyone seems to have an opinion and I have seen over the years that most of the time we, as followers of a particular team get it wrong. I will always follow Barnsley even if I can only attend the odd game which I will always do when in the UK. Whilst I like to think I can spot weaknesses and problems when I ge to see a full match live, tactics and player selection are best left to the pros, and those on here (and I agree there are some) who are knowledgaeable about the finer points of the game. I defer to their superior knowledge. Believe it or not, I DO know my limitations 37C here at the moment and parts of Italy (not here yet) have declared a state of Emergency as drought conditions exist (missing a full month of rain fall this year so far. No rain forecast for 2 more weeks here.
To be honest, I don't have a problem with your opinions as such. I don't agree with them but you are entitled to them. What I don't understand is why you, as a Barnsley fan, come on a Barnsley FC forum, never to discuss Barnsley FC which, as the French would say, is the raison d'etre of the board.
I don't care if the political posts are pro conserve lib dem or what it's been going on far too long the election is done.. stop spamming the bbs and go to a political forum look foreward to your bfc posts ..... si thi
Tyrone, if you could swap your own brain with, say a Terry's chocolate orange, would that make you more intelligent or would you stay about the same?
https://twitter.com/faisalislam/status/877975618083852288 PM has made what she calls a "fair and serious offer" at EU Summit dinner to guarantee rights for at least 3 million EU citizens in UK offer will grant permanent "settled status" to all current lawful EU resident, and protect rights to health, education, pensions & benefits ..builds on current "permanent residence" after 5 years, but different - and anyone here before cut off date will be allowed to fulfil 5 yrs .cut off date to be negotiated but sometime between March 29 2017 & actual Brexit Day... potentially on offer to EU citizens not here now Regardless of cut off date, PM told EU leaders - no cliff edge. And EU citizen lawfully resident in UK on Brexit Day gets 2 years "grace" Also crucially the 85 page Permanent Residence form - reported on by Sky News - scrapped replaced with "light touch" digital process
I remember being picked up on back of tractor and trailor goin up pickup crescent for 10 bob a day and a free bag o spuds. I niver complained only abart a bad back . Corbyns a too hat
Nowt we voted to leave (well I didn't) we can't cherry-pick or make the rules. May as to guarantee EU citizens a stay in the UK because if they left, this country would come to a stand still
Most modern countries don't go in for the forced removal of residents due to their place of birth. Ethnic cleansing might not be quite illegal, but it is usually seen as a really bad thing.
We can't cherry pick, strawberry apple or potato pick. We're too idle. Aren't there machines to do these jobs these days? And if these jonny foreigners come in and do it for us, do they all go home after we start singing "We plough the fields and scatter" at Harvest time? Or do they stop here, get other jobs and then think they're too posh like us to go picking the next year? So that we need another influx....
The offer of citizenship is far less generous than the one made by the EU 2 months ago so I'm guessing it will go down like a **** pie. Sent from my iPad using Barnsley FC BBS Fans Forum
It's much harder (on minimum wage) for someone established in the UK to pay a mortgage / rent / council tax etc.. Unless your on benefits which you'd then risk loosing. As the UK minimum wage is almost 3 times that of Poland, 4 times of Romania. Short term, some East EU workers can live cheaper. Share housing, live on the farms or even camping. After returning home with a relatively decent amount. https://www.ft.com/content/a95ecb20-bd66-11e6-8b45-b8b81dd5d080
You're not likely to be a UK citizen and go jacking in your existing job to go fruit picking. So for the potential cherry picking indigene, you are liable to be presently unemployed. But not prepared to slum it in order to make a bit of brass, when you can pick up your benefit and be idle.
