Phnom Penh just because of the madness and friendliness of the locals. Still regretting my decision not to blow a car up with an anti tank misfile thing. Sent from my iPad using Barnsley FC BBS Fans Forum
At home Edinburgh away Munich Edinburgh because it's a lively, friendly, historic and forward thinking city. Munich because it has a clean ordered feel it also has a fantastic nightlife without being brash. There are many fabulous places to visit home and abroad, can't for the life of me understand people going to the same place year in year out.
Enjoyed Barcelona a great deal. Went to Dublin in 1999 for our first wedding anniversary and was taken aback with the warmth of the locals. Hardly paid for a drink over 5 days there. I like London in small doses, and have always enjoyed spending time in York. Sent from my SM-T710 using Tapatalk
Barcelona Went on my stag do in 2015 (Did the Ramblas Nou Camp etc) Then went again last year with my wife and toured a few more places such as the food market just off the Ramblas which is amazing,Barcelona cathedral, the Sagrada Familia, the Gaudi gardens, the harbour and a trip up to the highest point in Barcelona called Tibidabo which i recommend everyone must do as the views are breath taking.
This country York or small doses of London Abroad probably Florence slightly ahead of Rome Towns Keswick
I've been to some great places. Got a soft spot for Krakow, London and Cologne. But for me none of them hold a candle to New York. I understand it's not for everyone, but for me it was everything I expected and so much more. Can't wait to go back. If all goes to plan, me and the better half are getting married there in 2019. In England it would probably be Scarborough because it has the busy side and the quiet side. It's very scenic and has a lovely beach plus it's really close to other great places like Filey In Europe I think I'm going to go for Granada because it has the Allhambra which is beautiful. In the world? I've never been but I've always wanted to visit new york
In no particular order: San Francisco Whitehorse (Yukon) Berlin Stockholm Vienna Prague Amsterdam Dublin London Rome Boston, MA Oxford Chester Still got at least a dozen cities I still want to visit that may make the list.
Brisbane is my absolute favourite, though I'm yet to do Sydney, so that may eventually surpass it. New York was fun but I prefer how laid back the Aussies are. Wouldn't mind doing LA. If you're interested in travelling and don't really mind where you go have a search for Jack's Flight Club on Facebook. He posts loads of very cheap flights to all kinds of destinations. Stuff like Hawaii for £250.
