    Fee upfront is 3.7 million, with a clause that if Birmingham get promoted they will pay an extra 1.4 million.

    They won't get promoted, so it's 3.7 million. Paid in full apparently, not in instalments.

    GG said that ... they were getting very near the asking price... So id say we wanted 4 million, witch I personally think is about right. But we took 3.7 up front... Fair do's.
