    Crikey. Releasing DeZeeuw, for me, cost us automatic promotion the season we lost to Ipswich. I've no real axe to grind with DB, but letting as fine a player as DeZeeuw go without a fight was complete folly.

    A fight wasn't needed just a pay rise. He wanted to stay, Bassett didn't want to pay him so the board followed his wishes.

    Loved watching Robbo a proper old fashioned no nonsense centre haif, sad to see him go cos was chomping at bit to see another 5 months of him. Oh well lets hope the newbies are as exciting to watch for the limited time we tend to see them narr days.
