A big game in the Maracana. Always had that air of mystique about it I guess. Reality might not match expectations but that's where I'd pick.
One in Serbia that's on top of a shopping centre because well it's on top of a shopping centre and another is the one built into the cliff
I take it you mean Braga in Portugal? Voždovac Stadium is the one in Belgrade on top of the shopping centre.
I think that's the one I mean. Its got a scoreboard built on the side of the cliff and that sounds right for the shopping centre too. Places like the nou camp and the allianz arena don't really appeal to me that much. I get that the size of them is impressive but that's it really isn't it, they're just big. I like the stadiums that are strange or that you will remember for something specific
Allianz Arena is impressive when it's full of Bayern fans, very loud too. Looks pretty cool when it lights up after an evening game as well.
Does the lighting change how it looks inside or just outside? I have to admit I wouldn't mind seeing it lit up
Nope, just the outside. Inside is very bland and grey, because it was shared by two clubs, although Bayern own it. You can see it for miles when it lights up. Maybe not 1860 have left, Bayern can install some red seats and make it look like theirs.
I've stood in the middle of it and opposite it. It's impressive, but I enjoyed it more while looking at it than being part of it.
Estadio Antonio Vespucio Liberti just because I've always wanted to go to Argentina and I'd really want to tie it in with the River Plate v Boca juniors derby.
It's a long straight walkway that goes from the station up to the stadium, and you can see it for miles. I took this after they beat Wolfsburg in 2014.
Union Berlin ...been for Christmas carols... atmosphere brilliant. Matchday better apparently. Extending to near 37000 in 2 years....29000 standing...take note English Leagues .
