Definitely mate. It's on my list of derbies to do. I've done Schalke vs. Dortmund, the Belgrade derby, Madrid derby, Vienna derby, and I'm in the middle of sorting the Istanbul derby, but Boca vs. River Plate would be an experience never to forget!
I know....will be trying but again wheelchair tickets like rockinghorse ****. Be prepared to translate a plea for round 2 match for us...get our feet under the table etc
Happy to help where and when I can mate. I only need 6 more stadiums to complete the 2. Bundesliga, and Union is one of them!
Celtic v Rangers derby for me. The noise is apparently deafening. Not bothered whether it was Ibrox or Celtic Park just so long as there's no violence. Most moving thing I've ever seen was at the end of the 2016 final at Hampden when after a last minute 3-2 win to beat Rangers and win the Cup for the first time ever in their history Hibees fans sang the Proclaimers anthem " Sunshine on Leith."
Like I say .translation is key sometimes....my German is confined to beer and food ordering at the minute ( I am trying.....grade 2 CSE and forgotten most of it [remember them ]) I was complemented on my request for Zwei Alt Bier bitte last time we were there......by a customer not the bar staff ! Next time you are there nip in (where I got my complement) a little kneipe called Zum Franz near the market....don't know if you have seen it but one of the staff looks like D.I. Sleet off Murder in Successville
Usually got football on telly and open early...sell Schlussel Alt (disabled bog across the road in the market.....it's these little details for us )
Is that the one in the shadow of table mountain? Good call. There also one in New Zealand, is it Seddon Park in Hamilton, that basically a village green setting. Two for the bucket list.
