Proven to be ok to average based on last years efforts. It my all click but it's difficult to see him exploding into goal scoring form.
I'd like to see him partnered with someone who will do the spade work. He did most of the hard work for Winnall I reckon, and certainly did when partnered with Armstrong. He was never really in a front 2 with Watkins, at least not for an extended period. He was a natural scorer in a Walsall team with good creative players around him. He was certainly a natural scorer in L1 but then again so were Will Grigg and Adam Armstrong. It's a bigger step up for forwards imo than other positions. After Winnall left Bradshaw had a big opportunity to make his mark I think by and large he failed. His goals tally was pretty poor let's be 100% honest. He now has a years experience under his belt and can use that to move forward. I like him as a player and admire his work ethic. If we go down this year he will be invaluable in L1.
Plus my missus likes him as he has an intelligent voice and a nice smile, and reminds her a bit of a slightly posh schoolboy.
His goal return last season wasn't great. I still don't think we played to his strengths though. You could argue that a good striker can score goals with any partner, like Winnall. This is certainly the make or break season for him though, so long as he's deployed properly. Sent from my WAS-LX1A using Tapatalk
